Mentoring Monday is an annual mentoring event where dozens of hand-picked women throughout the South Florida region offer career advice in speed coaching sessions.

GL Homes COO Marcie DePlaza joined this group of distinguished mentors who gave practical, no-nonsense advice to hundreds of participating mentees.

More than 40 U.S. cities participate in Mentoring Monday, designed to give professional women access to executive women who are at the top of their field.
