The early-bird morning shift crew at Feeding South Florida

A 24-hour meal-a-thon, a $20,000 donation and GL Homes volunteers cook up a recipe for success –all to benefit Feeding South Florida.
 
Dozens of GL Homes volunteers worked in shifts over a 24-hour period to prepare 2,800 ready-eat-nutritious meals for homebound seniors.  GL Homes donated $20,000 to Feeding South Florida to cover the cost of the food that will be delivered to seniors in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
 
Feeding South Florida nourishes families with healthy food, unites the community around hunger and poverty issues, and helps families achieve household stability.
