GL was one of the supporters of the Education Advocacy
Project and the education tool kit. The tool kit assists parents
to navigate the school system. It also focuses on educating
families who have experienced homelessness to know their rights to advocate for their children.
On August 16, the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County
hosted its first education advocacy seminar at
The Lord’s Place family campus in West Palm Beach.
